Features

There are two kinds of PTFE rods to offer.One is manufactured by paste extruding method in the diameter form 4 to 9mm and the other is made by ramertruding is the diameter form 10 to 50mm;rods over the diameter 50mm are manufactured by moulding.

Specifications:
1) Does not age
2) Has a wide range of practical temperature from -180^oC ~
+260^oC
3) Wax-like surface, to which anything hardly sticks
4) 2 kinds of PTFE rods available:
a) Extrusion rod:
i) Size: diameter 4 - 100mm
ii) Length: 1m, 2m, or cut according to customer's demand
b) Molding rod:
i) Size: diameter 20mm (min.) - 600mm (max.)
ii) Length: 300mm (max.)
5) Processing capacity: 8MT/month
6) Applications: electrical insulation, seal, anti-sticking materials

Main properties:
1) Apparent density: 2.10 ~ 2.30g/cm³
2) Tensile strength (min.): ≥14.0MPa
3) Ultimate elongation (min.):≥ 140%

Note:When the diameter of rod is larger than 16mm,only test Apparent density.
